I have 13 years yellow lab diagnosed with cancer(sarcom) popping up on the wrist of his lift hand, what to do?

My 13 years old yellow lab was diagnosed with cancer(sarcoma) popping up on the wrist of his left hand. The suggested course of therapy is to give him 20 sessions of radiation therapy then attempt to remove the cancer, what do you suggest ? pls, help .. you may have had similar experience.

I lost the Dalmatian pictured with me here six weeks ago to cancer.
I am a cancer specialist doctor for humans.
Spree was 13 which is about 91 in human years.
I did not put her through chemotherapy for her widespread lymphoma.
If you have the money for the RT treatments and the surgery, it is up to you.
At age 13, the natural life span of your yellow lab buddy has already been reached.
Unfortunately, you will lose him no matter what you do about the sarcoma, but the RT and surgery may buy some time. I shudder to think of the expense, but maybe you have plenty of money.
Seems like amputating the leg would be less expensive and just as effective for controlling the local sarcoma.
