How do you determine the tempo of the music with the tempo / number of meters in a music and watch bracelet?
Well, using a wrist watch, every second counts as a heartbeat … so the number would be 60 meters. A march is a typical reading of 120 meters, so two beats per second. Why not buy a metronome? It has tons of different readings to set on, and not expensive.
