What are some ideas to donate a power chair?

I have an electric wheelchair is no longer suitable for me. I recently received a new one. What the difficulty is, is that these chairs are built so specifically to the user's intention that are difficult to sell. I would like donate, but a few places that have proven to not take it. (You need new batteries) I'm open to any suggestions about places to donate.
