Help with a song I heard at Wet Seal!?

It reminded me of The Ting Tings and The Kills with Lily Allen feel to it. I know it is little new and I feel I've heard before in a program like the real world or Hollywood Gossip Girl or something. From what I remember was something about the letter on the count of "one two, three "and be like" ABC "or something. Its obviously not the Jackson 5 ABC, but his very modern, poppy, and techno-ish. help? Oh, and was a singer. I just want to emphasize that it was very electro-techno sound that sounds like Kate Nash (minus the accent), The Kills, The Ting Tings, or Lily Allen. The singer, I can remember, it sounded a little Asian-ish? Do not know. No, it's "1,2,3,4", also known as "My Moon, My Man" by Feist. I know the song. I figured it out. It was "DANCE" by Justice.
