My sister age 50 year having a joint pain proplem especially on knee she can’t sit & stand freely?

She should get it looked at by her doctor. The swelling is interesting, you want to rule out anything serious (Blood clot etc) The pain is probably something as simple as arthritis, and the best thing for that would be exercise. Arthritis gets worse if you are stiff from sitting or sleeping. Ice can also help. But really she should get it checked from her doctor.
