How do I replace a toilet when the screws are rusted?
Trying to replace a toilet seat, but the metal screws are oxidized (and almost eliminated) and plastic washers not move, no matter how much I spray WD40. Suggestions on what to try next? I am a renter.
Vice Grips and have at it … They will break sooner or later and replaced with nylon screws.
