Thumb Spica
de'quevain of the disease?
help! I've just been dx'd with this disease and does not quite know what to do. I am currently in a thumb splint Spica and has a kenalog injection in tendons. Do any of you familiar with this disease – particularly on the treatment and how long it takes to be cured. Besides, I'm an administrator. high technology in a local hospital and type I and the use of both hands often, so I'm definitely worried by the figure that this is going to take my job. my job requires me to be quick and efficient and not only is possible with this disorder. the ortho said I had to miss work b / c of this, so I guess I'll have to adjust. anyway, just looking for some answers and support! thanks!
