How do I strip blood glucose test back?

I have several new cases of glucose test strips I bought 2 days ago. I wanted back to the store, but do not take them back. Sold on eBay for only 1 / 5 the price. How can I get my money? I can not use these bands at all. These boxes are sealed and have never been touched. The manufacturer can only do an exchange, not refund money.

The test strips is considered a "supply disposable medical, and according to federal law can not be returned. Yes, the boxes are sealed, but since they are classified as "redundant" the law does not allow a return. You can not get their full money back. Ask your doctor if you have any patients who use such bands, or donated to a clinic for "free" or homeless shelter (the doctors at the homeless shelter may be able to use them).
