is it harmful to use “Crest white-strips seal”?There r some white spots on my teeth after use it.?

Does it make my teeth thinner and thinner? Will my teeth be hollow? What is the white spot?

The one important thing is you do not want to harm your enamel. The whiter your teeth get the more sensitive it becomes to like hot and cold foods. Besides why would you want really white teeth? Those people really will have problems soon enough and most of it in magazines are brushed up in programs like Adobe.

I think there is a point when you have to say its too white. You are really more looking for a natural appearance.
