Strips Expires

Is my Listerine Whitening strips OK to use after the use by date?

I got my Listerine strips a while back, thinking that it would be expired around 11/08. I reread yesterday and it on the bottom of the box, it printed USE BY 09/2008. Is it safe for me to finish using all the strips in 1-2 weeks (haven’t really started yet) or should I toss them out?

They should still be fine. If anything they would just be less effective after the expiration date, not dangerous. The hydrogen peroxide in them will break down into water.
