Stethoscope Dual
Prestige Dual head stethoscope for student?
Ok so I am in EMT school right now and I need to know if the Prestige Medical Dual Head Stethoscope is a good stethoscope starting out. NO I WILL NOT go out and buy a $70 stethoscope from litmann to start out.

As an EMT you really do not need an expensive stethoscope–all you need to really hear is breaths going in or not & heart beating. You do not need to determine if it is a mid -diastolic murmur or a holo systolic (what the expensive ones allow you to maybe do). Plus count on loosing it at least once–so start with one that is affordable & you can hear yourself breathe in & doesn’t hurt your ears.
