Does vitamin C get destroyed or oxidized by Stainless Steel?
I keep powdered vitamin C in a plastic container with a little stainless steel spoon in the container. Does the stainless steel spoon destroy the vitamin C? Do most metals do this?
There is not liable to be any reaction between dry solid vitamin c [ascorbic acid] and stainless steel.
