Spenco Cross
Help Protect blister?
I am a cross country runner and I am experiencing terrible blisters now. Someone recommended 2 Spenco Skin is not a good job to alleviate the pain? Do you have any other recommendations?
The best thing to do is tape. I know it sounds strange, but will stay on and provide more protection than any liquid or sell the skin. I am an avid runner and packager again … I get lots of blisters. I always Use a bit of tape and it works really well.
