Spenco Arch

I am plagued by blisters on my arch racing! Help!?

I run in Asics 2130s, and love. They are perfectly suited to my bow 2A, except that it always develop blisters in the arch of my head near my 1 st metatarsal. I've tried everything, absolutely everything … shave the template in place, Council Glide, Glide with blister Council Shield Blister Shield alone Spenco blister kits, everything! I now only Injinji toe socks, b / c I was blistered feet, and those who have eliminated that issue, but now these blisters arc … Anyone have any experience with Goretex?

I hate to say, but could be the shoes that cause blisters. Or something else could be how the foot hits the ground when he runs. Have you have these blisters before with other shoes? If so maybe you need a professional to get a template special. Good luck http://eninjatraining.blogspot.com/
