Where can I find the lavender?
I'm thinking about making lavender creme brulee, but the recipe of fresh lavender flowers. Then, Where can I find some edible lavender flowers? By the way my recipe is from William – Sonoma website.
If you have a market international testing there. They are usually in the fresh herb section of chilled products. I know its weird, but they have them in my local Asian market. Or if all else fails, try the florist. Just make sure they are safe, and give them a good wash before use. Internet would be my last choice. You could try growing some if you like, but would not be ready until next year at least, haha. So yes, I would go for an international market or Asia.
