Sof Sole

The best type of shoes or pads?

I work 8/10hrs one days walking on concrete floors and about 4 hours of walking my feet started to hurt. I wondered if anyone could tell me a really good shoe or insert have tried and even after working for 8 hours do not hurt your feet. I currently have Nike and inserted Sof single but not enough to keep your feet from injury after 6 hours.

Dansko clogs are very supportive, but have a high arch. Its the only thing holding feet / legs throbbing. Clogs and some good support hose from CVS. (near splints / knee, etc.)
