Does she have the right to snap at me?

I provide child care for my friend. The child came to my house with a bad rash (very wrong, but the child had been fine the previous week). My friend always 2 creams thought might work once mixed. I used all day, but even reduce the redness. So the next day I tried 1 time a cream that I have. This is a brand of ointment diaper rash that is hypoallergenic and has oatmeal in it. It does not seem to make a difference so quickly my friend continued use of creams. I advised that I tried the cream on your child and it seemed okay with that. Today, she calls to check her son. I advised him that the rash has not changed for better or worse. She suddenly snaps and asks me if I used the cream Oatmeal erupt again. I told him no. Then she said she had called a nurse from the night before the eruption of oatmeal and cream makes things worse. Does she have the right to snap at me? Did I do something wrong?

She had no right to add you. You did what you thought was best. My guess is it is due to the eruption of a yeast infection and so is not going away. She will have to take your child to doctors for a prescription med.
