Get a skin tag or mole or something removed will it hurt?

I need to get some kind of excised skin tag off my face tomorrow. They have to use an injection of anesthesia to not feel. I feel pain because i cannot stand to know that they are cutting something out of my head hurts.

The only thing that will hurt is the shot, but not so bad, I had a label without skin on my inner thigh and it is painless, except for A small bite of the vaccine. Do not worry, it will not be bad.
