Size Wmn

I need size 12, 39 "inseam wmn's / JRS jeans! Used to get 39 and 42" inseams Long elegant legs, but no more!?

No 38 ", see Cavenders, Sheplers, etc have 38" but are too short, I need 39 "of floor and 42" of heels or boots! It has long legs! HELP! have found some in Australia, but between the price and the customs is like $ 250/pair! BTW 12C boots for women too. Not stylish casual boots.
