Is it okay for me to use household salt and water for sinus irrigation?
Or should I have money to spend on things I can sinus irrigation buy at the drugstore? Seasalt O?
According to a leaflet of the Department of Otolaryngology at my local hospital may make this solution: 1 cup hot tap water a quarter of a teaspoon of table salt teaspoon of baking soda mix fresh solution each time
