HELP! I ordered something and the company says I didn’t pay!?

I ordered some silicone bracelets from wrist-band.com they cost me $55. The page wouldnt load after I payed so i clicked back on the cart and it wanted me to pay again. so i went to my online bank account and I was charged. I e-mailed the company and they didnt respond. I e-mailed again and they said We cannot find your order please contact your credit card company and see if you were charged. So I did and yes of course I was charged $55 to the wrist-band company. I e-mailed back and they said ma’am i assure you that if you did not get a comfirmation e-mail or order number then you were not charged. I replied saying I am %100 sure I was charged my credit card co. told me, my online bank account shows. I even sent them a copy of what my online bank account said and i sent them a copy of what i ordered. What else can I do!???!?!??!?!??!!?!?!?!?

call your credit card company and dispute the charge, this company is a flake, get your $ back ASAP
