Change in diet?

I wanted to see if someone can give me some suggestion Weight Loss. In the past 7 months I lost about 50 pounds. I'm 5'7, 193 lbs. The last couple weeks my diet has consisted of Cheerios CAL-150-220 Lean Pocket Pretzels For Sev-chemical (2) 110 Cals Lean Cuisine Dinner 300cals Apple (2) Cal C 100 and 45 minutes a day Tredmil. I went from size 34 last week an accessory to sit tight this week. I do not know if my body is adjusting to what I'm eating and exercising. I know I have to increase my training time, but I feel like I'm stuck at this stage stall weight loss. Any suggestions

solver your protein? eating a whiter instead of using carbohydrates. carbohydrates turn into sugar in the blood when your muscles do not need stores sugar as fat … cut the carbs and eat a little protein.
