Knee and hip pain?

48. old gal. To – hurts knee up, up / down stairs, rising from a chair. It feels as it will collapse. Hurts out side radiates down the leg with sciatica, when I've been all day. Help!

It sounds as if you were overdo exercise. You are now entering the time of the DDD or degenerative disc disease of his life in the disc in the spine are dehydration.
