Just recieved my blood test for auto-immune diseases,rheumatoid factor is negative c-reactive protein is 7.0..?

ASOT is 215 anti-nuclear antibody is negative. GP told me the good news is that I do not have lupus an rheumatoid athritis. Is my 7.0 c-reative prot is high? what is ASOT of 215? Does this mean I have other type of athritis? My join especially toes, fingers, knees and cervical joints have this kind of mild to moderate pain. Can anyone help!!
