Herbal remedies for arthritis?
I’ve been diagnosed with reactive arthritis brought on by a bout of food poisoning. This has seen me go from playing football and going to the gym regularly to barely being able to walk on the worst days. The doctor has merely prescribed anti-inflammatories and painkillers and told me that the arthritis will subside in a matter of months. The medication does make a difference but I was just wondering if any of you have suffered from this condition and tried any of the complimentary therapies. If you have can you tell me how you got on and whether its worth looking into? Also recommendations on herbal medicines would be most appreciated as well
