Bp My monitor says I have an irregular heartbeat after exercise?

I take my Blood Pressure after exercise to check the pulse (I just started walking 30 minutes I'm 24 years more than men of weight, normal BP) records the BP machine that my pulse is around 120, but is irregular. Should I be concerned?
