Posture Support
Whats the best way to correct my posture?
I’m about 22 years old and have less than perfect posture. And I can’t keep it in mind to self correct. I’m curious if anyone has any tricks or if anyone knows about a Posture Support/Corrector that works well. While my posture isn’t perfect I’m not a hunchback either.
if you have acesses to one, do something on a Wii fit. they have alot of balance things, and wehn you think about and pratice balancing and stuff, your posture improves as well.
