It's Bath & Body Works Lavender Pillow Mist good to help me sleep at night?
I think I'm suffering from insomnia and that seems to be worse. Finally I to bed at 5 am this morning! and I'm awake again and is 12 noon and I'm wide awake as I did this morning! Today I will be proactive and go buy or make things that will help me sleep better tonight. Is this pillow of lavender vanilla / fog any good bathroom tissue and body works? im Sorry i dont think it will work … I tried some things a little lavender Aroma Therapy there before to sleep, but has yet to do something … I tried melatonin vitamin, and it worked wonders. for short term or temporary revision can try NyQuil or Benadryl.
