Phiten Baseball

Is it better to use the necklace phiten 30x without removing … unless I take a shower.?

I was wondering I use it all the time, except for showers and go During baseball. Should I take him for baseball or most people will ever use?

Most people leave them all the time for maximum effect. I have one that I still constantly. But just take off when you shower, swim, or get in a sauna and everything will be fine.
