Pair Oticon

Hearing Aid?

I have moderate hearing loss in the range of speech (I forget the loss PP said the doctor because I did not realize it was a important thing to know). My doctor wants to choose between a hearing aid in the channel (or Oticon Syncro Destiny) or a behind the ear (Oticon Delta). All of them are almost the same price for a pair … And what I wonder is if anyone has experiance hearing aid and is preferred (in the canal or behind the ear).

You really can not go wrong with either the Delta or Syncro. He knows nothing about the destination. My daughter has the Syncros (BTE, their loss is too severe for ITE) and are the greatest thing since sliced bread. My father has the Epoq is compatible with Bluetooth and who are also important. Unlike the previous poster who wrote (all of which are precise and great exception to this part) the Delta is the most invisible BTE hearing aid imagine, using an open mold, and unless you're really not looking can see. One thing that makes me escape the ITE aids is that if you have to go in the shop for repairs, you can not borrow your audiolgoist ITE because the case is completely customized to your ear canal – if it breaks the BTE, you just pop another drive in the custom ear mold (if any) or an open mold if they do and are good to go.
