Hi all … I was wondering if anyone has any proven recipes for a good internal cleaning? With all the things we accumulate through the years, I've been feeling sluggish and combined with exercise and good diet, I do a rapid detox type of thing to get the full effect. Please note – I'm not interested in most of the things against colon or procedures … just good ol 'natural things like cranberry juice that are listed below.
