I have a persistent knee pain after running. What could be the cause?

I love running. In recent weeks, after I run a pain in the side of my left knee. It hurts more in the movement of extension or flexion of the knee and in certain positions. The pain subsides after a day or two. No ignition. No clue as to what may be the problem? I always stretch before and after running and tried to run with a knee – Or anything else. After the last race, I decided to stop running at least a month to heal the injury.

Well, the knee is a complex joint with many ligaments. U might have injured one of his ligaments, it seems that its too serious or weight can still naked and run and there is no swelling … U can check by standing on the left foot only if there is an intense pain … However, the minor injury of the knee may be facing, not if the heel becomes irritated and again (or run), so I suggest u can apply an ointment of capsaicin and stop running for atleast 3 weeks. and after it starts run short distances at first, gradually increasing the distance from U can run comfortably like a horse again. good luck.
