Custom made orthotics for plantar fasciitis?

I have custom orthotic inserts for plantar fasciitis. I guess I'm to take templates already in my shoes or leave and make custom orthotics on top of them?

I have custom orthotics faciitis and if your plant well and were custom molded to your feet like mine who want to take out the shoe lining. Mine contains a hard shell to provide a bow and There is a foam mattress attached to it. They make a world of difference, enjoy!
