What would be the best pair of [on the ear] headphones to buy for my price range?

I'm looking for noise canceling in ear headphones, somewhere between $ 50 – $ 80. Bose headphones are a good bet? I'll be outside most of the time in a noisy city, so I'm looking for quality things im looking for [on the ear] only, headphones hurt my ears and never stay

Bose or Sony, are usually top two handset manufacturers out there. Sony is generally cheaper then Bose, but I think their quality is anything but Bose. I check out both and then determine what is the best price and quality.
