How and where can I re-sell my eletric myo-prosthesis?

I bought an eletric myo-prosthesis about a year ago for my arm amputee. But rarely use it since it seems to be more of a burden than a help. Now I want to resell my prosthesis to raise money for my next operations. I bought the prostheses from Otto Bock, at a cost of SGD25K and desire to re-sell at least half the cost. I'm from Singapore. How and where I re-sell my prosthesis in Singapore or anywhere in the world for that matter? Really need to raise some money for my operations. Please help.

I would recommend you contact your local rehabilitation center and let them know you want to sell theirs. They may be of interest to patients if they had not commissioned fit only you.
