Never had seen that color or flowing through the clouds, either in any patient who had …….. thank you kindly for trying to help though !!!!!!! I appreciate everything!

The one thing that can give an orange color to urine as you describe is bilirubin, which of course would not like to see in the urine at all. Than indicates a problem of liver and kidney. The cloudiness could represent the protein being lost from the kidneys, but it would take lab tests to know whether this is protein, calcium or a massive infection. Whenever she has not taken any medication known to cause changes in urine color, the color orange is not really good for viewing. Nor is the excessive cloudiness or history of hypoalbuminemia, really. Given that his patient was pregnant, could also be that she has gallstones that have blocked the hepatic ducts. This is definitely one for the doctor to solve. Edit – I've seen both color and clouds Foley bags and UA collected before, but never a good sign to be honest with you. It has always been in cases of terminal liver cirrhosis or CA. The only way to know for sure what happened would have really done a culure and analysis of urine at the time and I'm assuming it has not been done? The shame if it was not. I had to revisit the questions above, to refresh my memory. Ever a specialist in autoimmune diseases? I'm still inclined to think it was pregnancy that puts issues underway, and it is rare that it may have trouble finding a definitive answer. The stress in the liver and kidneys may have caused the albumin to leak too much, and a cloudy appearance in the urine. But without the lab, there is no way of knowing. Sorry, can not offer more than before, this is still out on the edges of my library of knowledge. All I can think of is autoimmune hepatitis, and there is another in the edge of things for me. But another idea is to research perhaps. Good luck dear, I hope you find a response.
