Is this useful kit Tea Tree Oil?

I heard that this helps, not that? I'm so tired of my acne, im 13 btw.

My cousin is 15 and she has the foam tea Tree Oil wash my face and used it and that made my skin really smooth. If works for acne or probably not only depends on your skin, but if only words that could be worth worth a shot.
