SVR vs Tracker mortgage?

I fixed my mortgage term comes to an end in a month or so, my mortgage company has offered me 2 deals with the new mortgage. One is that there SVR is currently 2% above the Bank of England rate (2.5% of total), the other being a persecutor of displacement is at 1.75% BoE over rate (being 2.24% of total).
