I have striae marks on the inner of my biceps, that just keep increasing . what to do? which cream/lotion?

the doctor said they may be due to rapid increase in skin or muscle mass maybe due to weight lifting or something but that idiots not sure. I am not into weight lifting but still what the hell is this? it looks bad and without any reason they are just there. plz advice which cream or what to do to Get Rid of them.
