Blood Pressure monitors – wrist versus arm?

How does wrist BP monitors all have their shows in the real sleeve and arm BP monitors have their sample separately by the cable unit attached? Is it just the ease of reading?

It is the ease of reading. Also depends on the person. If you have great arms is best to either get a larger cuff alone unit or switch to the wrist. I have great arms and my doctor told me to obtain a wristband. Money as soon as enough I will get a wristband.
