migrating joint pain

pain in my shoulder – someone had thought? or physician who can help:)?
Hello, in recent days (eg 4-5) I have been receiving severe pain in my shoulder, (a sort of knife at the joint), which is fine when my arm is still, but when I move it-particularly in a movement give up that pain in my shoulder and to / from the neck. Sometimes the pain seems to migrate and it is not only in the shoulder, but also moves in the chest near the shoulder and neck. You feel nervous, perhaps trapped nerves? I do weights and different racket sports, so one of these may have caused I suppose, but notice i didn't at the time. Its not getting better, as I had expected and if something is getting worse. Anyone have any suggestions? cheers
I have had this problem and sounds like a muscle problem which in turn is causing the sensitivity in the set. I highly recommend seeing a therapist. I see a physiotherapist for injuries sporting and private payment. I'm a nurse by profession therefore need regular visits. I would also recommend the use of oil Woodlock where you can get from a herbalist Chinese. Works great for me. lovely rub on the painful area. take pain relief tablets such as paracetamol. If money is tight then see your GP who sent to physio but there is often a long waiting list.
