the best and most efficient nitrogen cycle?

Ok, I tried everything, and have been on the nitrate cycle my new tank. some say it is best to dry the way, some say it is worse than the fish. I'm confused. Which is better and faster? And, is there any estimate how long will I have to make the cycle from start to finish, if I have the meter test kit?

Cycling is always more arid quick, easy and human face fish-in. Whichever method you choose whether to be pure ammonia, fish scales or fish or shrimp, you have to use test kits to see if the tank is in the cycle. Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate testers are the foundations of the liquid test kits, but all you need to cycle and test every 2-3 days. delay of 3-6 weeks to fully cycle a tank and arid, is the minimal effort and only 1 large water change the end. Cycling fish will just have to do water changes almost every day.
