I have persistent Back Pain recently, what I expect from the doctor?

I visit the doctor this week to constant pain Persistent bad posture. I did not broke anything, and previous scans show nothing wrong with my back, but just round the back, there is a large hump bone formation (it looks bad). I know there are a lot of addicts to compensate for injuries to doctors to obtain drugs, and I fear that I will get some of this pain that I have been experiencing. I've tried Tylenol and again in the local pharmacy, but nothing has worked. Given this knowledge, what I expect from the doctor? "They tease me and tells me to get a massage? Or will you prescribe something? My friend told me to prescribe me "ocsycodon? Is this logical to me? I'm not familiar with drugs, so be clearer. Thanks!
