Lung Breathing

Pain in my left chest/lung when breathing deeply?
Off and on for a few weeks, I have had sharp pain in my left chest right under my breast whenever my lungs are all the way full or all the way empty. Breathing itself doesn’t hurt, just when I am at the top of an inhale or the end of an exhale. I am a 28yr old female, otherwise healthy, non-smoker. No asthma or known heart problems. Have not had any kind of cold or known infection for months. Do not exercise regularly or strenuously.
Doctors have been watching me for a few years to see if I am going to develop any kind of autoimmune disease. With my family history, it is almost a given that I will develop something AI in the near future, we just aren’t sure what. Not sure if this is related or not, but thought I would throw it out there. Anyone have any valid ideas?
Since this has been going off and on for a while, I don’t think it is imminently dangerous, so going to see a doctor right away does not seem necessary. That is why I am asking the question on here!
It’s classic costochondritis. Nothing to worry about. Take aspirin for the pain. it will go away by itself.
