What do you think about phentermine as an aid to Weight Loss (it is an appetite suppressant)?
I went to the doctor today a prescribed phentermine (which is in my opinion, Adipex), to suppress appetite and help you Lose Weight along with my healthy diet and exercise (I work at 4 or 5 days a week for 2 to 3 hours) .. and I am also a low-cal.

L-carnitine should be taken an hour before you exercise! (You can also take the L-carnitine with food or 1 to 1-1/2 hours after meals!)
