Should I list toys for sale in 1 lot MacDonald large or many small lots on Ebay?

I have accumulated the amount of more than 200 McDonald's toys Happy Meal over the years and I want to sell it away as I have outgrown my interest. They also need the money now, I intend to sell all on Ebay soon. Any advice?
