where can I find a company or organization that could help me obtain a manual lightweight wheelchair for free?
I am a poor person money wise. I am unable to afford a lightweight wheelchair. Can anyone help me out that is legit?
I am a quadgeplegic and unable to afford one and i have no insurance. Is there anyone our there that can help me? I would be willing to pay it out, I ‘m not looking for a hand out just help/
