Has anyone heard of bladder sling someones fall?

I had a trans-obturator sling put in 6 weeks all is great with no pain, without getting wet, absolutely no problems. until a few days I had to stand and occupied for a few days in a row of lots of housework, but not high. i morning woke up with a verry swollen area and was unable to urinate more than a few drops at a time when only a few hours. back to sleep woke up to everything that is more well spotted heading deflated with broken on my lips, but could urinate and was flush i features a clear plastic strip with a turquoise circle or ball in each end. I am in great pain, but now there is no blood. I think it was my bladder sling. Anyone have any input? I see my urologist tomorrow am verry afraid!
