knee swelling

What houswhole heat products can i use for the swelling to go down on my knee?

i hurt my knee and i want to skate and my knee is swollen

Use ice – a bag of frozen peas or corn works very nicely. Then take an Advil also.

Always remember RICE an injury:

Rest – stay off of it
Ice
Compression – wrap it in an ACE bandage
Elevation – keep your knee above your heart
