Knee Strap

The knee strap instead of a manga?

I just bought one of those knee "strips" of my knee during training. It is a belt with a tube within it designed to be tightened just below the kneecap. Under the package, which offers as much support as the normal manga type knee brace (and the packages were of the same company). Has anyone ever used these things? Will it be OK for me to do cardio in?

I used several of its programs, most have rocked, some not – in general, I say that good programs are safe to do business and have.
